Our company's core technology, the high-speed rotation proud of a super high speed of 400,000 rpm for dentistry hand piece with featuring a durability. It may be easier to imagine how fast 400,000 rpm rotates, if compared with an engine rpm of cars runs normally in a range of 3,000 to 5,000 rpm.
Industrial cutting-grinding equipment includes grinders used for precise processing of glass or metal and die pattern grinding, and spindles equipped on NC machines or milling machines. Both grinders and spindles are featuring a fine and high precision processing.

We were originally founded at Kanda in Tokyo in 1930, for the purpose of manufacturing of dentistry treatment equipment. And later, moved to Kanuma City to escape from bombing in the World War-II by relying on acquaintances.
We moved here by seeking for environments, but a mind for environments is very important for our company who has a higher exporting ratio, especially for Europe.　In that sense, here is a most suitable place for appealing that we are environment friendly company by doing manufacturing activities surrounded by abundant nature in Kanuma City. Specifically, we are promoting it by feeding fishes in waste water and by installing solar panels.

Since founded, our company is performing manufacturing activities based on the basic philosophy of "Quality are made in the process".
As for an example, our hand piece product for dentist consists of 70 pieces of assembled precision parts. Each part is completed through an average of 6 to 8 processes, one failure in a process results insufficient performances. Therefore, each worker verifies parts with their strictly trained and experienced eyes, in order not to feed failed parts forward, to maintain 100% assured quality.
Our manufacturing facilities are only here in Kanuma City. By utilizing advanced production equipment, unique precision processing technology, and philosophy of Monozukuri since founded, we continuously provide the world recognized quality of products with our confidences.

Contributing Local Community

In order to lean our industry through jobs in our company, and for preparations of being a business person, we are accepting internships for students periodically.
Also, our company's playing ground inside the plant is opened to neighboring kinder gardens for their events such as sports festivals, and cleaning activities of the local regions are conducted several times per year.
For environment, solar panels has been installed in last year, and improvement activities are assured by obtaining ISO14001 (environmental management) and by building up a company-wide system of reducing environmental impacts consistently.
