Those who intend to do large-scale acts.
1. Buildings exceeding the certain standards of height or building area.
・Commercial district: Height of over 31m or Building area of over 2,000 m2.
・Other use districts: Height of over 21m or Building area of over 1,500 m2.
・Other districts: Height of over 13m or Building area of over 1,000 m2.
2. Structures exceeding the certain standards of height or building area.
・Retaining walls etc.: Over 5 m.
・Broadcasting towers, Advertising tower: Height of over 15 m.
・Transmission towers: Height of over 20 m.
・Ferris Wheels: Height of over 15 m or Structure area of over 1,000 m2.
3. Development Acts exceeding the certain standards of area.
Those development acts stipulated in the City Planning Act, and having over 5 ha of relevant land area. |

In case of above 1 or 2 is applied:
Application form, sketch of neighbors, location map. plan view (1F and main floors), elevation view (2 phases or more), current status color photos, transparent view drawing (colored) .
In case of above 3 is applied:
Application form, sketch of neighbors, current status map. planning drawing, vertical and lateral sectional drawings, and current status color photos .

The Municipality where the relevant acts are taken place (except Utsunomiya, Oyama, Nikko, Nasushiobara, and Nasu). |
How (Examination Contents) |
To examine the location and size, characteristics and design, coloring, materials, greening of the site, etc. based on the "Tochigi Prefecture Large-Scale Action Landscape Forming Standards". |
