Followings are applicable when procedures based on laws or ordinances, etc. are required.

90 days prior to the commencement of construction works for development of factories or offices (in case certain requirements are satisfied, the 90 days can be shorten).

Who
(Procedure Targets)

Those who newly built factories or offices of 9,000 ㎡ or more site area, or 3,000 ㎡ or more building area concerning with manufacturing industry, electricity supplying industry, gas supplying industry, or heat supplying industry. (including those who reaches 9,000 ㎡ or more site area, or 3,000 ㎡ or more building area by the expansion)

Municipal Section in charge of factory location where the factory or office is located.

(Examination Contents)

・Production Site Area Ratio （within 35～65％). ・Green Space-Area Ratio （20％ or more）. ・Environmental Facilities Area Ratio （25％ or more, including green space-areas）. 　etc. are examined.

Processing Period

Approximately 1 month.
