30 days prior to installation or modification of Specific Pump-up Facilities（pump-up equipment with the sectional area of discharge port exceeding 6cm² (same here in after)).

Who (Procedure Targets)

Those who intend to install or modify Specific Pump-up Facilities.
※ In the case to install in Ashikaga, Tochigi (former Ohira, Fujioka, Sano (former Sano), Oyama, Shimotsuke, Kaminokawa, and Iwafune.)

What (Documents)

The notification describing the specification of well and pump-up equipment, planned pump-up volume of underground water, measuring method of pump-up volume etc. for the installation of the Specific Pump-up Facilities.

Where (Procedure Office)

Prefectural Environment Forestry Offices or Oyama Environment Control Office Environment Measures Section, via Municipal Environment Conservation Section in charge of the place where the pump-up facilities are located.

How (Examination Contents)

For the notification of installation, to examine whether to comply with the requirements of the notification, and to make receipt when it is recognized to comply.

Processing Period

Within 1 month.
