Flow of Procedures(Natural Park Act)

Followings are applicable when procedures based on laws or ordinances, etc. are required.

National Park 　　● Nikko Area＝Nikko,　Nasu & Shiobara Area＝Yaita, Nasushiobara, Shioya, Nasu

3 copies shall be submitted for an application and notification. 2 copies in case the authority is provided by the director of Ministry of the Environment Kanto Region Environment Office. Only 1 copy in case the authority is provided by the director of Natural Environment Office. ※Add 1 copy each in the case of Nasu & Shiobara Area.
