For the land specified below, those who intend signing a contract for buying and selling of land accompanied with development works (only limited for land in regulated areas, supervisory areas, and attention areas) , or those who intend pursuing of development works.
・5 ha or larger land (however, 2 ha or larger for a land in regulated areas, supervisory areas, and attention areas)
・2 ha or larger agricultural land
・2 ha or larger land within a national park.
・Those who modify a part of the development business plan, after the completion of consultations based on the Advance Guidelines Concerning Land Use. |
What (Documents) |
Advance consultation documents including the purpose of use, location, area size, and whole planning, etc., and attachment documents (location drawing, land use planning, land use operation planning profiles, etc.). |

How (Examination Contents) |
To make instruction items by referring to the rules of the various lows and regulations for the use of land, and notify to the business operators.
The notified business operators shall make adjustments with relevant sections for the instructed items, and when the adjustments were completed, forwarding it to the land use measures committee for discussions. |
